Introduction
Inspire Health, Inc. ("Inspire") is a non-profit that produces online education modules to enhance the learning of healthcare students and healthcare professionals. Our modules are funded through grants by Inspire and collaboratively developed with contracted content and creative developers. All modules are hosted by Dynamic Digital Advertising, LLC ("Hosting Vendor") under contract with Inspire. Inspire owns all copyright and other intellectual property rights with respect to the modules.

The Sponsors and the Hosting Vendor ("We") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the modules and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy only applies to information we collect in our learning management system and modules.

It does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, including any other website operated any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the modules.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is to not use the modules. Individuals Under the Age of 18
Our modules are intended for the users described above and is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the modules or on or through any of its features/register on the module, use any of the interactive features of the module or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from an individual under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about an individual under 18, please contact us at info@inspire-health.org.

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of Inspire Health educational modules, including information:

by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, or any other information the platform collects that is defined as personal or personally identifiable information under applicable law ("personal information").
that is about you but individually does not necessarily identify you, such as institutional affiliation, professional and educational background.
that is demographic information; and/or
about your module usage.

We collect this information:

Directly from you when you provide it to us.
Automatically as you navigate through the modules. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

The information we collect automatically may include personal information, or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties.

How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

To allow you to access the modules and its contents.
To improve the modules and the user experience.
To provide usage reports to the Sponsors for operational and evaluation purposes, which reports may identify the user's institution.
To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered between you and us, including our Terms of Use.
In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
For any other purpose with your consent.

Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about Inspire Health users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
To your educational institution if you are a student enrolled in a module as assigned by an instructor or faculty.
To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support the modules and troubleshoot technical issues and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
To enforce or apply our Terms of Use, found at https://login.inspire-health.org/terms.cfm, and other agreements.
If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Sponsors, the Hosting Vendor, or others.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. To request to review, update or delete your personal information please contact us at info@inspire-health.org. Proper access and use of information provided on the Module, is governed by our Terms of Use, available at https://login.inspire-health.org/terms.cfm.

How Long We Keep Your Information
We will only keep your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Data Security
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the modules. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained in the modules.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting the modules and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
